POST/v1/tenants/{tenantId}/ecom_stores/{eComStoreId}/customers/{customerId}/loyalty_membership

Register or re-invite a loyalty customer

Uses the authenticated B2C ecom store's configured loyalty program. Creates or finds the provider customer and stores its ID; authoritative links use that ID without phone fallback. Returns the updated customer synchronously. Repeated requests can send onboarding SMS again. No request body is needed.
