The SnowBee Public API lets partners integrate with SnowBee's retail platform: online stores read the catalogue and place orders, loyalty platforms look up participating stores, and planning partners push sales forecasts and replenishment parameters.

Integration guides

E-commerce

For online stores. Fetch the product catalogue and schema for the store's assortment, query inventory, read campaigns with SKU pricing, create sales orders and click & collect reservations, manage B2C customers — and receive event notifications via Azure Service Bus instead of polling.

Loyalty programs

For loyalty platforms. List the retail stores that take part in a loyalty program.

Demand planning (experimental)

For planning partners. Upload sales forecasts per store, SKU and day and reorder points / maximum inventories per store and SKU in batches; read the replenishment parameters SnowBee currently uses.
