SnowBee Developer Documentation

The SnowBee Public API lets partners integrate with SnowBee's retail platform: online stores read the catalogue and place orders, loyalty platforms look up participating stores, and planning partners push sales forecasts and replenishment parameters. The experimental Core API adds tenant-wide business-resource synchronization and supported writes.

Integration guides

Core Experimental

For reporting systems and business integrations. Synchronize brands and reference master data, companies, warehouses, retail stores, eCom stores, B2B and B2C customers, external suppliers, sales orders and invoices with timestamp pagination and retained deletions, and create brands. Sales orders include line progress and retail prepayment history. Read and write access is explicitly granted by domain or across Core. Production availability has not yet been announced.

E-commerce

For online stores. Fetch the product catalogue and schema for the store's assortment, query inventory, read campaigns with SKU pricing, create sales orders and click & collect reservations, manage B2C customers — and receive event notifications via Azure Service Bus instead of polling.

Build a storefront Experimental

For web shops built directly on SnowBee. The shopper's whole path, from the catalog listing through the server-side cart, live delivery options and Adyen payment to the order, login and order history, with SnowBee doing the pricing and the storefront doing the pages.

Loyalty programs

For loyalty platforms. List the retail stores that take part in a loyalty program.

Demand planning Experimental

For planning partners. Upload sales forecasts per store, SKU and day and reorder points / maximum inventories per store and SKU in batches; read the replenishment parameters SnowBee currently uses.
